Ways to give

For members and regular attenders committed to Mt. Elon, giving cheerfully and sacrificially of our finances is part of how we worship. We call our members and regular attenders to give, not out of pressure or burden, but by sacrificially giving for the sake of the gospel because Jesus sacrificed for us (2 Corinthians 8:9). 


Because of your generosity, we are able to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ in our community, in our country and across the world. We praise God for your eternal investment.


You can give in one of three ways.

online giving

Gives individuals the option to set up an account that will allow them to set up an account that can be automatically used to tithe or donate. If you would like to set up an online giving account please click the "make a donation" below.


*Please note that it is more cost effective for the church if you use your bank account information rather than a credit or debit card. The church will NOT be able to see your banking information.

 

With either online or text giving options you can set up a recurring amount to be given however you choose.

TExt giving

Text giving is similar to online giving from the comfort of your cellular device. If you would like to set up an account via text giving, you can do so by following these simple steps:

1. Open a new message

2. In the "to" field type in the number       73256

3. Text the message "MtElon"

4. Click send

You will be sent a list of simple to follow instructions in order to set up an online giving account.

Traditional Giving

Traditional giving is how many church members have grown familiar with giving. Traditional giving is simply placing your tithe and/or offering in a tithe envelope, with your name written on it, and placing it in an offering plate at our worship gathering.

If the occasion arises where you can not worship with us and you do not wish to give online or through text, you can always use the good ole' postal service and mail your contribution in. Simply make your check payable to Mt. Elon Baptist Church and mail it to:
